I harvested the first food from my garden yesterday. Two pieces of silverbeet.

Momentous?

Maybe. Maybe not. But it’s a start.

The silverbeet is growing quite well in the no dig garden that I created a while ago.

I picked the silverbeet.  I cooked it and I ate it.

Let’s hope there’s a lot more food to come.
